Once a listing or service is purchased and activated on the Platform, it is considered utilized and non-refundable. The Entity is not obligated to provide refunds for services once used.
2. Cancellation Before Activation
If you wish to cancel a service before it is activated, you may be eligible for a refund after deducting processing or administrative fees. Any cancellation must be requested in writing within 24 hours of order placement.
3. No Refund for Third-Party Services
If the service involves or is fulfilled by a third-party provider, refunds will be subject to that provider’s terms and conditions. Noagenthomes.com shall not be held responsible for third-party service failures or refund processing.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days and credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
